Winter Newsletter 2022/23

Welcome to our Winter Newsletter

We have had a busy few months with Christmas and New Year celebrations

We welcome visitors and families of the residents. If visitors wish to ring before visiting it can be helpful so that staff are aware.

Lunchtime is between 12.30pm and 2pm if families would try to avoid disturbing their family member during this period. Please can ALL visitors use the New Main Entrance (by the lift) and sign in using Our new Confidential singing in book. We would also like to invite any comments or suggestions, there are slips available by the door on the noticeboard. And there are also mini questionnaires, both of these can be posted in the grey letter box.
