Here at Milton House we are looking for Registered Nurses to Provide care to patients and residents based on their individual care needs.
To accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions. Maintain accurate records of residents care, ensuring we have a person centred approach in all areas of care and medication administration.
To work closely with the individuals and their loved ones to ensure they feel at home and happy here. Health Care Assistant
Care assistant duties are wide ranging. The job revolves around helping clients with their immediate needs such as washing, dressing and maintaining their hygiene, as well as helping them with basic day-to-day tasks.
However, the care assistant role also includes getting to know clients personally and providing them with emotional support and company. Supporting them with their diet and fluids and providing social activities which contributes positively to their wellbeing.

Holiday/Sickness Relief Cook
Here at Milton House we are looking for someone who has an interest in catering to cover for Holidays and Sickness in our Kitchen. We are looking for a Part time cook to join our Nursing Home team. We are a small care home that offers our residents high quality meals, and choice, in Our Home from Home environment.
The purpose of the role of Cook is to manage the preparation and the delivery of all meals within the Care Home, and also to work with the team to provide variety, choice and events such as themed meals. Also to understand the need to promote privacy, dignity, independence and choice, to ensure the fulfilment for all residents, treating everyone with respect at all times.
• Previous experience is required
• To have a genuine interest for older people
• To be willing to participate in Training if necessary
• To have good communication skills
• To have the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Flexibility around working days/hours
• A genuine interest in providing Home Cooked Food
