Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be made:

In writing

By email

By telephone

In person directly

By social media messages

Through a representative

Through an advocate

 

If a complaint is being made directly to an employee they must take the details of the complaint and pass this to the Registered manager -Kate Smith or Deputy Manager  – Geraldine Platt, as soon as possible.

If a client requires support to make a complaint the registered Manager will offer to make a referral to local advocacy services for independent support.
